For the video gamers like myself that chill on a system for years until it becomes affordable, our time has come. Sony has recently announced that the price of the Playstation 3 will drop to $300 in September. Not to mention, the system will also be sold in a slimmer version, which will hold 120GB of storage, while using 34% less power. (Only 2 USB's though). Aside from the video games, this price drop may be additionally enticing for tech fans who are eager to utilize the internet capabilities and Blue Ray functionality from a gaming console.
