Prom Queen is definitely not Wayne's best work. It's actually not even close. But it is an interesting choice coming off the commercial success of Carter III. His new rock album Rebirth is due out April 7th. Quite possibly the most intriguing thing about Lil' Wayne at this point in his career is what he'll do next.
