Wow. This video is something else. Bizarre and beautiful. For those who dig Animal Collective's music this will be an experience for you. For everyone else, it'll be some really cool shit to look at, at the least. In any case, this is about as pop-friendly as AC gets. In the audio-visual, internet-based climate of the modern music biz, the best artists can really separate themselves from the pack with dope visuals. As far as I'm concerned, this is one of the best videos of the year so far. Director Danny Perez did his thing on this one.
i need to watch it again but i was underwhelmed by it for my first viewing. my girls, peacebone, there are so many great and bizarre and visually stimulating videos that they have, but this didn't quite do it for me :(
