Top 10 Scottie Pippen Plays From 1996

Pippen went hard. His talent was undeniable. Top 50 of all time. Scottie Pippen got lucky though. He was about to be doing the Phil Mickelson, Andy Rodick, but fortunately the basketball gods blessed him, Steve Kerr, Ron Harper and many others. Nonetheless, Pip was doin it. Play 4 is particularly amazing, I mean come on, he just made Luc Longley look good. Looks like D.Rob ran away from him on play 2. And play 1 is just classic, because as you know, everyone loves a good old fashion bashout.

He Got Game

Scenes like this are why Spike is the realest out. He Got Game is a film about a lot of things, touching on the culture of sports in America, as well as race and incarceration, among other things. But more than anything, what Spike relates here is the beauty of the game in its simplest form. The music, the setting, the cinematography; it all adds up to a poignant and perfectly executed scene. Father and son. One on one.

(Footage Released) Lebron Gets Dunked On

It's out. Technology these days, nothing goes unseen. But I wonder, did this dunk really warrant the tape to be confiscated? Hoopin is hoopin, we all get dunked on. Props to worldstar though, they stay on top of it. Lebron didn't even get dunked on that bad though. Nike, was that really necessary?

Shaquille O'Neal On Bashouts

Before Lebron and Dwight redefined the term domination, Shaq was known as the definition of such. This is just a reminder. I think Shaq has the best dunk to dunked on ratio. I can't even remember a time when Shaq got dunked on. Shawn Bradley on the other hand.

Dwayne Wade Leaves Converse For Nike

This move was long overdue. Didn't we think this would be the best fit all along? Apparently Wade has been unhappy with Converse since last season choosing to rock an older model shoe rather than the most recent Wade 4's. In a statement in regards to Converse, Wade stated he, "didn't want to be in the Converse brand anymore because it seemed like they didn't know what to do with me." No shit. This is another huge acquisition for Nike, bringing one of the most recognizable and marketable basketball players under their umbrella. You know what we'll see next. An icy iconic Jordan Brand commercial with DWade in it. Followed by a mediocre pair of DWade Jordans that will be cool to hoop in it, but no one will really rock because they're not as icy as Jordans. Meanwhile Nike will continue to get breaded and come closer to taking over the world. The end.
